This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Monster Merge Battle 3D (the “App”) handles information. We respect your privacy and keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game and show ads. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Information the App collects

We, the developer, do not ask you for or directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. The App does not require an account to play.

Your game progress (coins, wave, monsters, heroes) is stored only on your device and is not sent to us.

Information collected by advertising partners

The App shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and Google may automatically collect and process certain data, including:

• a device advertising identifier (e.g. Android Advertising ID);
• device and app information (device model, OS version, app version, language, coarse/IP-based region);
• ad interaction data (ads shown, clicks, rewards earned).

Consent (EEA, UK & Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before any personalized ads or non-essential data processing. Children’s privacy

The App is family-friendly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where the App is directed to children, advertising is configured to request non-personalized, child-appropriate ads in line with Google Play’s Families policy and applicable laws (such as COPPA and GDPR-K). • You can clear all locally stored game progress by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.

Data retention & security

Game progress remains on your device until you clear it. Ad-related data is retained by Google according to its own policies. We apply reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
