Privacy Policy
com.devbox.padelmaster)1. The short version
Padel Master does not ask you to create an account, does not ask for your name or email, and sends nothing about you to any server we operate — we do not operate one. Your progress is stored on your own device and nowhere else.
The one exception is advertising. The game shows ads supplied by Google AdMob, and AdMob collects data of its own in order to do that. That is the whole of what this policy is about.
2. What we collect ourselves
Nothing. Devbox operates no server, no account system, no analytics and no user database in connection with this game. We cannot identify you and we hold no record of you.
3. What is stored on your device
The game saves your progress locally so that it is still there next time you play: your level and experience, your coin balance, which rackets, outfits and courts you own and have equipped, and your match settings.
This is written to the app's own private storage on your phone under the key
padelmaster.v2. It never leaves the device, it is not readable by
other apps, and uninstalling the app deletes it permanently.
There is no cloud copy and no way for us to restore it.
4. Advertising
The game is free and is paid for by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob, a Google service. Three formats appear:
- a banner on the courtside board during a match;
- a full-screen ad at the change of ends, at most about once per match;
- optional "watch an ad" videos that you choose to play in exchange for in-game coins. These are never required and never block progress.
What Google receives
To select and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model and operating system version, coarse location derived from the IP address, and interaction with the ads shown. We do not receive any of this in a form that identifies you; we see only aggregate revenue and impression counts.
Google's handling of this data is governed by its own terms, which we do not control:
Your advertising ID
The advertising ID is a resettable identifier that belongs to you, not to us. On Android you can reset it or delete it entirely at any time under Settings → Google → Ads. Deleting it stops ads from being personalised; the game keeps working exactly as before.
5. Consent, and how to change your mind
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows you a consent form the first time it runs, using Google's User Messaging Platform. Nothing is requested from the ad network before you have answered it.
If you decline personalised advertising, the game remains fully playable. You will still see ads, but they will not be selected on the basis of your interests.
6. Permissions the app requests
| Permission | Why it is needed |
|---|---|
INTERNET | To fetch advertisements. The game itself runs entirely offline. |
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE | To detect whether a connection exists before requesting an ad, rather than failing repeatedly. |
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID | Required by Google Play for any app that reads the advertising ID, which AdMob does. |
The app requests no access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files or phone identity.
7. Children
Padel Master is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app in a way that concerns you, write to us at the address below and we will help; note that because we hold no user data, there is generally nothing on our side to delete.
8. Deleting your data
All game data lives on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it completely. Because we store nothing about you, there is no account to close and no deletion request to submit to us. To remove the advertising identity Google associates with your device, delete your advertising ID in the Android settings described in section 4.
9. Security
Since no personal data is transmitted to or held by us, there is no store of personal information to breach. Data exchanged between the app and Google's advertising servers travels over encrypted connections managed by Google.
10. The web version
Padel Master is also playable in a web browser on gaming portals. In that case, advertising and any data collection are handled by the portal hosting the game under its privacy policy, not this one. Progress is stored in your browser's local storage on your own machine.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top changes with it and the new version is published at this same address. Material changes affecting how advertising data is handled will also be reflected in the consent form.
12. Contact
